Ừm t cug buồn rất nhiều, nhưng t vẫn may mắn vì có bố mẹ nuôi ở bên, lo lắng và thấu hiểu cho t. Nhiều khi t không tốt với bme nhưng họ chưa bao giờ bỏ t, chỉ khuyên t cái gì tốt cái gì xấu cho t bt. Nếu dc t mong người t báo hiếu về sau sẽ là bme nuôi😌

That makes you weaker, fatter, and more insulin resistant long term, which will in the end, make it harder to lose weight. It’s not worth it. 5 - Weight loss should NOT be hard. You’ve just had the wrong approach. Everyone is focused on losing weight, but weight gain is a symptom.
