It has definitely earned a spot up there. From the vibrant pink and sweet and sour flavors from the berries it’s hard not to love this dessert. It has a layer of raspberry mascarpone cream, raspberry dipped ladyfingers and a raspberry sauce topping. It’s a raspberry dream 😍 Add it to your summer dessert list ASAP.
