Where are your pillows?"* I was GENUINELY SHOOK when I saw this diagram 😭😭 Because it looks “comfy”... but it’s actually terrible for your bump and your back 👶 *✅ GREEN = SAFE: RECOMMENDED LEFT SIDE-LYING SETUP ✅✅* *😍 THIS IS WHAT THE NHS RECOMMENDS 😍😍* *The Pillow Setup That Saved My Sleep:* 1️⃣ *🛏️ LEFT SIDE-LYING SUPPORT* = Left side is best for blood flow to baby 👶💕 2️⃣ *🧱 NEUTRAL SPINE* = Pillow behind your back so you don’t roll back in the night 3️⃣ *🦵 HIP ALIGNMENT* = Pillow between your knees = no hip stress, no pelvis twisting 4️⃣ *😌 IMPROVED COMFORT* = Head pillow + bump pillow = you can actually rest 💆‍♀️ *WHY THIS MATTERS FOR UK + US MUMS??? 🇬🇧🇺🇸* Because pregnancy insomnia is already TORTURE 😭 Sciatica 💔 + Pelvic pain 😣 + Heartburn 🔥 + Can’t get comfy 😴 The LAST thing you need is waking up at 3am in agony because you had no pillow support 😰 *Real talk UK mums:* We’re already knackered, emotional, and Googling at 2am 🙈 You deserve proper sleep hacks.
