as an army of 10 years, i can tell you the moment butter/dynamite/ptd came out they were already gone from this vibe , mots7 was their last album tied to their previous eras like this and as someone who saw them sunday for arirang and who saw them in 2019 for love urself speak urself the vibe was def not how it was before and thats totally fine i still had such a great time and the energy was insane still!!!!!!!!! but the yearners we will never get back unfortuantely

Yeah the reason I didn’t buy tickets is because something was telling me to wait for the album to drop… glad I didn’t because i genuinely grew out of their music. I can’t do the drastic genre change. The whole “if you don’t like the album you aren’t a real fan” sentiment is very disingenuous, because there isn’t a single artist who is above criticism.
