Sometimes people leave goodies outside for delivery drivers (especially during the summer due to the heat), and chances are they thought the keychain was a goodie...which is strange because the "goodies" are usually snacks and cold drinks??? So I have no clue why they saw a keychain and thought "Yes this was definitely left for me"

Looks like a misunderstanding.. she doesn’t know you own a business. She probably thought it was a gift from you and your kids. It’s common now for delivery drivers to receive gifts. I’d use it as a promotional. She looked so happy to receive it

Ive seen ppl leave snacks, drinks, or other items out for Amazon delivery drivers as a thank you. She might have just thought that’s what you were doing.
