@jaweriariazz: Your Spine is the Dashboard of Your Health! 🧠✨ Did you know that every nerve in your spine acts like a high-speed highway connecting your brain to your organs? As shown in this Spinal Nerve Guide, a misalignment or issue at a specific nerve level can lead to symptoms you might not expect—from headaches at the C1 level to digestive issues in the thoracic region. Understanding these connections is the first step toward better biomechanics and long-term wellness. Which area are you currently focusing on for your health? s1 has been bugging me for 2 weeks now... first day I couldn't even walk or bend my leg. yesterday I pushed myself to go out and walk and it kept making the back of my knee hurt. today I was better off walking and just had minor pains when sitting and crossing my legs. gotta keep pushing and walking through it!

L4 L5 S1 fusion in June 2023 and still have problems. Nerve damage in left side calf, side of foot and toes. Don’t get surgery unless you absolutely have to and ran out of other options.

Wow everything in S5/L1 is exactly to what I’m experiencing. Lower back pain, hip problems, sciatica with numbness and tingling down my legs and into my toes, right calf twitching and cramping allllll the time. It sucks.

Woke with drop foot Oct 2018 had L5/S1 microdiscectomy Apr 19 but still have drop foot, don’t think it was my discs causing this I believe it’s my peroneal nerve as I have tingling in toes when pressing peroneal nerve area. Any thoughts, greatly appreciated.
