But after trying it, I can honestly say this place is a hidden gem 💎 The chef here is seriously passionate about Texas BBQ. Proper offset smoker and you can tell he genuinely cares about doing things right while still keeping it affordable. This platter was only 150 AED and comes with a HUGE 1kg beef shank that’s been smoked low and slow for over 18 hours 🔥 The beef had a beautifully balanced flavour but the thing that surprised me most was that they stuff the whole chicken with orange slices 🍊 It might look like decor but it genuinely changes the flavour. You get this subtle sweetness and tanginess running through the chicken while keeping it juicy from the inside. You also get TWO tubs of mandi rice as well as a tub of organic honey and their signature BBQ sauce too. The house pickles were the dark horse. Salty, punchy and perfect alongside the meat.
