![[NEW] Maison Yoshoku has opened Singapore’s first floating dessert omakase bar at Raffles City, with desserts suspended mid-air through magnetic levitation as you move through a menu themed on Japan’s four seasons 🍰 🍡 七つの記憶 (Seven Memories) is served across three tasting formats — 3, 5, or 7 courses — with each course tied to a different seasonal moment 🍏 Haru no Kaori opens the journey, balancing pickled green apple with lemongrass and kaffir lime zest in a thin pastry shell, finished with a lemongrass sphere for a contrasting burst of flavour — super refreshing; I wasn’t expect savoury notes here 🥜 Natsukashii turns to more familiar Japanese flavours, pairing roasted soybean powder and brown sugar syrup with peanut cream cheese mousse, white chocolate, and a buttery kuromitsu-infused sable.
