When I was picking out my wedding dress, the random women behind me were like “wait do a twirl, show us” and cried for me and said I was beautiful. They screamed and that it was the dress. They didn’t know I lost my mom a few months before that and they all hugged me as I cried. I love girlhood

I once saw a bride at Disneyland hotel and told her as she walked by "congratulations and I that she look gorgeous and her dress was perfect!" she said thank you as she walked by and then turned and yelled "it has pockets!!!" My boyfriend said "she told you it has pockets?!" and I said "yeah, that's girlhood"

When my fiancé broke things off after 7 years, I was driving over to my parents to stay the night there, obviously sobbing. I was at a stop light when I noticed out of the corner of my eye, a group of preteen girls had taken notice of me and were all holding their hands out of the car windows in hearts, shouting things like “you’re gonna be okay!” & “you’re beautiful!” I hope those girls know how much they touched my heart that night - they gave me hope in a moment when I had none.
