i was taught that working without gloves and washing your hands throughly is much more hygienic, and usually when i do have to work with gloves i switch them out and wash my hand still regularly

I’ve also noticed, dirt is not as visible on gloves and bare hands are more sensitive towards feeling the bacteria, making us wash our hands often

I actually think that wearing no gloves makes the food taste better. I don’t know why but when I see someone cooking and they don’t wear gloves it feels more personal to me.
