honestly question no hate. but as someone with many friends with bpd including my besty I love and support them and do my best to provide them all the reassurance and love I can muster. but is there ever a moment when its ok for me to say no and step aeay for a little while. I cant help but feel so much guilt and shame any time I get overwhelmed it hurts
