You didn’t need a bf at that time because it was not time for you to have one. I say never choose the first house. Look at a few more houses before you decide to buy!

Logically, purchasing a house with a sister makes way more sense than purchasing one with a S/O, especially if it’s only at boyfriend status. A sister relationship (especially twin) is for sure to last.
