@buildwithomar: We stopped using @figma at Leadpages. We design directly in the codebase now. Engineers ship features fast, but fast is rarely beautiful. So we come in after, reorganise, refine, add the treatments that turn a rough feature into a delightful experience. So now design comes at the end vs the beginning.
