I am dealing with breakage I used k18 in February. It dried out and made it worse. So I started using only moisture and hydration I would have a few hair good hair days, but it was always really really frizzy and puffy afterwards and my waves aren’t defined I use clarifying shampoo also after a while I thought maybe I need to go back to protein I did a clarifying shampoo and then a conditioner that has light protein the it’s a 10 miracle even and and I did no gel it was frizzy and puffy, but on day two it’s normally less puffy and frizzy, but they’re still frizz from breakage. I don’t know what to do. I was thinking I’m going to natural product and if it has a little bit of protein, it has a little bit of protein. Maybe I need to stop messing with my hair. I was going to use caila natural and the rahua leave in and curlsmith gel
