Some of yall missed where he said COLLECTION which means their score already took a hit and the pay history will be on their report for 7-10 years. A pay to delete would remove from credit report.

Your credit score doesn’t go up by paying off your debts you increase your credit score by making on time payments and the time credit account has been open
