too expensive. I like to buy some. but being healthy these days are not healthy in the pocket. a protein 30 servings is 80 and a big tub is more than a hundred. money making machine is health. call me chip. but it's just too much.

the vast majority of people will not need electrolyte because you will take in enough sodium throughout the day. just eat a banana, have some water, and go about your day as regular. you'll be alright

Don’t need electrolytes unless you’re exercising really hard for hours on end. Even Gatorade is a waste of money. Drink water.
