That is physically impossible. to generate a current flow the coil must pass through the magnetic field or the magnetic field must pass over the coil. It must move, the current flow relies on the induced field in the coil collapsing as the stimulating magnetic field is removed. That's how generators work, spin a coil in the magnetic field that is created by the magnets in the static casing. stationary generators do not produce current, why would this device?

It's a lie. That bulb only uses DC current to light. What you have here is AC current. It shouldn't work without converting it with a bridge of Diods.
