@modest.nomad: I promise you, there was a reason I went offline for a while. This one took my soul and my finances 😅 When it comes to specialising in any field, there are only two ways to learn: experience and knowledge. I may not have had all the experience at first, but when it comes to knowledge? I have become a complete bookworm. I’ll research, question, read, and learn everything I possibly need to know about an industry. Because the reality is, if you don’t know any better, anyone can tell you anything — and that’s exactly how people get fooled, overcharged, or taken advantage of. Especially when it comes to something as important as your home. You need to understand the process, the rules, the regulations, and most importantly… your rights. #build #homerenovation #renovation #kitchenrenovation #fyp

Bruv this isn't a Bollywood movie that you need a part 2. Just tell the full story in one video.

Have similar situation with ours. There building has been up for over a decade. Tried to complain but nothing came of it because their family member was in the council.

According the building control regulations this flue is illigal. Flue can't be facing into neighbours property.

The neighbours boiler flue should not be vented on your property, it is their problem, they should have ensured that the boiler is vented on their property.Politely ask them to move it..
