My ears itch, I wake up the same time every night, I have hairs disappearing where I need them and re appearing on my chin! Also say “do you have to” when my husband breaths or eats 😂

I’m a week into HRT. Some of the side effects, acne ffs! Leg cramps in the middle of the night. Nausea a few hours after I’ve taken the tablets. Night sweats have eased off tho which is good.

I believe in im in peri menopause yet my blood tests prove otherwise. I get itchy ears, my mobility has decreased, I go to bed at 930ish and im wide awake at 3am and im ready to get up I get brain fog, my sense of smell is crazy.

How do you change dosage of HRT? I'm on the combi one and after 2 years my anxiety has come screaming back, had to argue to get this one as "too young" (I'm 45 today!)

I have had brain fog for years from another health issue, figured "how bad can it be?" OH MY GOSH I thought I was developing early onset dementia and yes the rage omg 😭

I swear I'm in peri but too young apparently. I get the rage, brain fog, broken sleep, emotions are shot cry at anything. Been like it for the past couple of years.
