Yeah that's become a big problem in alot of states so much so that the ACLU got involved, especially Maine!.. where people sit or have sat in county jails for months on end sometimes years with no hard evidence,no bond and no counsel just to have the state turn around and drop the charges and dismiss the case because they never had solid evidence to justify holding you in the first place!... You know how many people have lost their jobs there homes there kids, everything! because of this kind of s**t?... It's ridiculous!.. It's goes beyond corruption.... sorry but I don't think it's just coincidence that the US incarcerates more people per capita than any other country on the globe.🤔... sorry this kind of stuff just really bugs me cuz It happens more often than you think.
