All I can say , is particularize the issue in all correspondence with the pharmacy & with council . When was the medication dispensed/charged to medical aid ? when did you collect ? how many tablets did you drink before noticing expiry? All this matters as Even with healthcare professionals there is human error - the law protects them too, but your matter needs fair & correct resolution . Goodluck mama

Answer to that email from pharmacist council and ask for someone who hold a higher role and if they fail ask them to provide you with a written statement that they don’t have further action and they regard the expired medication as no evidence. Take it to the ombudsman.
