@nursemichell: Unless a patient is in the ER for bowel related issues, it is usually not an emergent issue. I usually to a quick skin assessment and address any skin breakdown and make sure my patient is clean and changed before sending them to the floor or back home/facility. #nursehumor #healthcareworkers #pct #cna #nursememes
