@joey_hryk: 30 MINUTE KB AMRAP. ⏱️🔥 Two heavy kettlebells. One simple circuit. Non-stop work. 😮‍💨💪🏼 (I used 32kg bells.) ➡️ 3 exercises ➡️ 12 reps each ➡️ As many rounds as possible in 30 minutes 1. Gorilla rows 2. Deep push-ups 3. Kettlebell swings No breaks between movements — just keep moving and push the pace. 🔥 If 30 minutes feels aggressive, cut it down to 10–15 minutes and build from there. The goal is to elevate the heart rate, challenge the body, and get a solid sweat in without overcomplicating things. 🙌🏼 I love workouts like this because they keep training fun and different instead of doing the same style every session. bad form of swing. you're once your KB hits your groin area yoitrying to power it up with shoulders. its a hinge and hip/leg explosion. your arms shoulders just chains not for KB movement.
