Yes 10 years!!! My family passed away in 2016. I am sitting in a new place going on 5 yrs. My father left his life’s assets to me. I retired. I paid off two homes. I rent one and live in one in a new place. I want to rent this and have it pay for a 3rd place with the yard of my dreams for dogs.
