As a chronic migraine sufferer, HAVE A PACKET OF LIQUID IV ELECTROLYTES IN A WATER BOTTLE. YOUR MIGRAINE WILL DISSIPATE AND YOU WILL FEEL LIKE A WITCH. Gatorade DOES not work the same. And liquid Iv electrolytes are the ones I’ve found the strongest in success rate. Thank me later.
