I guess my question is... how can they tell? I'm building my own private version of hermes (I didn't like how many tokens is uses for basic conversation-- too much preloaded context through tool knowledge) and it will spin up dedicated temporary Claude instances to complete various tasks then spin them down. those instances will be signed into Claude and from claude's perspective, I, the user, just handed them a prompt and told them to go for it with skip-permissions running. so like... how would Claude know?
