Cindy Clemishire is asking the Texas Supreme Court to review and reverse a lower court decision dismissing her civil defamation claims against former Gateway Church pastor Robert Morris and church leaders. A Dallas appeals court previously dismissed the case, citing First Amendment protections involving church affairs.
