I get the idlewild pass cause its time wise not as far and not as crowded and I have a toddler. we eat fries ride the tea cups and sit in the wave pool. plus its a scenic mountain drive

: I have a cedar point /six flags pass and live 7 minutes from kennywood and i would drive weekly to one of the 40 parks included in my CHEAPER than kennywood pass for MUCH BETTER parks

Last year we used our platinum passes for a total of 14 visits. Totally worth it and in girl math since they’re already paid for, every visit is free lol. Except now gas provide make the 30 min drive suck a little bit more ugh

Rides are never all open or properly manned, so they constantly rotate people around for what rides are open, so the lines are necessarily long. that said we love the place and we get passes every year. I just wish they were staffed properly

Agree. I loved it when they had the meal plan and it wasn't that much more. We didn't have to spend any money on food. it was 2 meals a day and a snack

I live 15 minutes from there, when my kids were little I got season passes, it came with a bunch of free coupons, cups, free parking, and discount on food. We’d go for a couple hours at least twice a month, it made it fun without being exhausted at the end of going.

Kennywood need to step up their game if I'm going to start going back I've been to other parks that are good and Kennywood just isn't it's mid-tier at most
