i had the same retainer issue. i told them i couldn’t come in for new scans because im at uni and basically begged them and they reluctantly ordered new retainers from my old scans. my teeth are lovely and straight again now😋

Hey, to the girl about the retainer, if you still have the broken retainer try piecing it together with glue or taking it to the dentist they still might be able to copy it! Unless they’ve moved like alottt already
