Sadly, a lot of people get birds as pets without realizing how much care they truly need. Birds need daily social interaction, time out of their cage to fly, playtime, baths, and plenty of attention. Love that you do that with your birds!

I used to play peekaboo with my parakeet when i was a kid! It was the only reason I made my bed 😀 I’d put the sheet over him and he’d run around underneath. It was so much fun watching him get so excited. As soon as he heard me getting up in the morning, he’d fly into my room and land on my bed, ready for our game.

Our Shared Session teams are ON FIRE, and I cannot wait for this season. I’m incredibly grateful for the amazing studios that trust the Bodytech Method, support their dancers, and give their students the freedom to seek out the training that helps them become the strongest version of themselves. Here’s just a moment from one of our Shared Sessions. The work, the discipline, the growth, and the results speak for themselves. Strong studios don’t operate from fear. They know who they are. They know the environment they’ve created. They know their dancers can receive additional training, collaborate with other educators, and experience different methods without threatening the foundation they’ve built. When a studio is confident in what it provides, there is no reason to restrict a dancer from seeking additional education. Unfortunately, insecurity can create a very different environment. Instead of communicating, collaborating, or asking how we can work together for the benefit of the dancer, some choose to divide, control, or create narratives designed to keep students away. But here’s what I’ve learned over the years: You cannot out-talk results. You cannot hide growth. And you cannot build excellence by limiting education. Bodytech will continue collaborating with studios that believe in giving dancers access to great training while respecting and strengthening the studios they call home. We’re here to BUILD dancers, BUILD relationships, and BUILD stronger training environments. This season is going to be something special. The results will always speak louder than the noise.
