The file system one is the only one that he is accurate about. The screenshot one does not take screenshots every few seconds - if it is not on you cannot share your sceeen, cannot use snipping tool, cannot use OBS…. You must allow each instance. If you don’t need to share or record screens you can turn it off. But it is not dangerous to have on. Apps still have to get your permission each time. App diagnostic is minimum info for diagnostic. It can help prevent crashes. This one should be left on. No personal data is shared. Performance in error data is accessed to prevent problems. The file system one should be off - it forces apps to run in a ‘sandbox’. If on, apps can save and read data in other locations on your PC. It can lead to security and privacy issues. Turn this one off. The others are not any real risk and may result in performance problems.

Only Copilot+ PCs (new AI‑accelerated hardware released in 2025+) have Recall. If you’re on a normal Windows 10 or Windows 11 machine, your system is NOT taking screenshots unless you explicitly installed Recall or similar software. Even on Copilot+ PCs, Recall is opt‑in. it must be turned on.
