you can’t get “rid” of eczema. it’s not a cut it’s a condition. it’s always there you can clear it but not get rid of it i’ve had it all my life, but thank you for this video 🥹

As a chronic ezcema sufferer having been hospitalised several times from it, I guarantee the best eczema shower strategy is to have far less frequent showers. And swap showers for baths with an emollient.

i like to wash my body, get out put my cream on then wash my hair over the sink. that way my skin gets absolutely no shampoo or conditioner on and it doesnt get dried out more
