I noticed I was grinding and chewing so my dentist prescribed me a custom made sleep clip. It was uncomfortable in the beginning but I see what you’re saying! It did bring my jaw out and align my bottom jaw perfectly with the top jaw and the appearance of my jowls are gone now. I stopped grinding at night plus this benefit is a win win situation for me! Thanks for letting ppl know about this

if you fck up it'll be big time, go to a dentist and talk to them, say what you want for your teeth chin etc they'll give you a proper treatment make retainers if needed and it'll be special to your situation. better results with no risk
