How do you prevent the powder foundation from getting that hard pan film on it. Even if I use a clean brush it eventually gets hard due to the natural oils my face after skin prep.

I’ve tried this but I think the face needs to be dry to apply the powder foundation. Cause it became patchy, it wasn’t moving due to the moisture from my primer, there was no coverage and since the brush also becomes moist when applied on my face, it ruined my powder foundation
