@sugarspiceddreams: nutella oreo cookie pie 🤎✨ recipe : ¾ cup butter, browned (170g) ⅔ cup brown sugar (133g) ¼ cup granulated sugar (50g) 1 egg (50g) 1 tbsp heavy cream (15g) 1 tsp vanilla (5g) 2 cups all-purpose flour (240g) ½ tsp baking soda (3g) ¼ tsp salt (1.5g) chocolate chips (measure with your heart) nutella for inside 9 oreos extra chocolate to decorate in a bowl whisk together the browned butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until glossy. add the egg, heavy cream, and vanilla and whisk until smooth. fold in the flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined. fold in the chocolate chips. line a round cake pan or pie dish. press a little over half of the cookie dough into the bottom and slightly up the sides . spread the nutella into the center, leaving a small border around the edges. place the oreos on top of the nutella layer. flatten pieces of the remaining cookie dough and place them over the top, gently sealing the edges. (it’s ok if some nutella peeks through while baking.) bake at 350f for about 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is mostly set. if the top starts browning too quickly, loosely cover with foil near the end. let cool to set before slicing #nutella #oreo #cookiepie #Recipe #baking
