I’m also 43. This is what I think has worked to keep my skin supplish and wrinkle free, in order: 1. Sunscreen everyday since I was in my 20s but even with sunscreen I never expose my face to the sun directly I always wear a hat and/or look for shade. 2. Having oily skin (I only started using moisturizer this year) 3. Eating a 100% Whole Foods plant based diet for the last 10 years. 4. Tretinoin (I was very inconsistent with its use in my 30s, whole years went by without using it, only been using it constantly in the last year). That’s it. I haven’t done any other treatments, no peels, no microneedling, no red light, but I want to start those 3 things now that I’m practically in my middle 40s.
