Summer depression is the worst thing that i was ever felt. Its not because you cry all day, personally I cant cry when im sad. You are not bored. You are not sad or happy. You are empty. You look at your friends or just at people and thing “why i cant be like they”. You know that summer is the best season in the year, like its hot and other things. But you don’t enjoy this time. All that you think is the “i am wasting my time to nothing”. I hate summer. I hate depression. I am on therapy more than 1 year but all that pills gave to me its feelings like i am empty, abandoned and devastated. Just get fun from your life’s, don’t do my mistakes. Just be happy

winter depression feels better only because everything thing else is gloomy so it just fits but summer depression sucks. it makes you feel sick and as if you’re wasting your life away. it makes you feel guilty for feeling these ways because its summer you should be happy right?
