I was drinking water since a teenager! Then I realized that it wasn’t helping me. Now I put mineralized salt in it and drink less.

Water plus sea salt, dates coconut water and salt and you are good to go. Obviously in summer you have to increase it also by eating water melon which has some electrolytes and it's mostly made of water

But since my teenage years, I've changed my eating habits, and this continues into my youth. I've reduced the salt in my food almost to nothing, thinking it was the best way to avoid high blood pressure and kidney problems in the future. However, it later turned out that my comprehensive checkup showed that I had simply increased my water intake, which had lowered my salt levels. Fortunately, I noticed this at the beginning of the slight decrease; otherwise, I would have made a serious mistake myself.
