🛒 Ingredients
●For the dough;
•4 cups and 2 tablespoons of flour
•10 g dry yeast
•2 cups of lukewarm water
•1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
•1 teaspoon of salt
•2 tablespoons of olive oil
●For the sauce
•3/4 cup of olive oil
•Parsley
•3 cloves of garlic
•1 teaspoon of salt
●For the topping;
•Grated cheddar or mozzarella cheese
•Cherry tomatoes
•Bell peppers
•Olives (black and green)
👨🏻🍳 HOW TO MAKE IT?
–Add the lukewarm water to the yeast, sugar, oil, and 2 tablespoons of flour in a mixing bowl. Whisk with a wire whisk, cover, and activate the yeast. (So, let's wait until it rises, 10 minutes will be enough.)
–Once the yeast is ready, add the flour and salt and mix. It will be a soft dough that doesn't stick to your hands. Cover it tightly so it doesn't get air and let it rise for about 25 minutes until it doubles or triples in size.
–Take the dough to a counter lined with parchment paper, cut to the size of the baking tray, and roll it out into a round shape with a little flour, according to the size of the baking tray.
–Cut the dough as I did. First, spread the parsley and garlic sauce, then cover the top with cheddar cheese.
–Finally, arrange cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, and olive slices on top. 🍅🌶🫒
(Actually, at this point you are free to add any toppings you like)
–Bake in the bottom of a preheated 180°C fan oven until the cheese on top is nicely browned, and enjoy! 😍
