You can fit way more shadows in the palettes without the inserts. If there were more shades you wanted but "couldn't fit". my medium palette holds 14 shadows!

Yeah, I have a double sided one that holds 24 pans, it’s so old but I love it, some of the eyeshadows I have in there have been discontinued too, such a shame

I’m kind of confused. I thought they meant you custom make that eyeshadow color cause to me. It just seems like you’re choosing the colors that the company already has available for you because if it’s custom, I thought it’s only a color that you can make it available only for you.
