I don’t know who needs to hear this, but always just introduce myself use 3 words to describe myself, a fun fact about me (make it light and cute) then go into who you are proffesionally and list your positive attributes that align with the role you applying for!!! Don’t unpack your whole cv they have it they saw it that’s why you sitting in that room

Did a “tell us about yourself” & apparently answered a couple of questions during that. The recruiter stated this & only wanted to know what I like outside of work. The interview technical questions were mostly addressing my “introduction” lasted 45 mins 😭
