@healthbyroman: A lot of people don’t realize injection volume actually matters 👀 In general, SubQ injections are usually smaller fluid volumes, and around 0.5–1mL is commonly tolerated depending on the tissue/site. Larger volumes can increase pressure, lumps, leakage, and discomfort, which is why larger volumes are often administered intramuscularly instead. I’ve been injecting lipo c with b12 subq and almost always get a lump under the skin after. It does tend to feel sore there as well. This will last days. I don’t think I can do IM to myself.. any tips or advice?

Anything over .25 ml subq with a 28 g needle and it’s leaking back out right through the injection point on me.
