If you would like to connect more with slavic folklore and stuff I recommend you "Polish Folk Magic: Ancestral Lore & Traditions of the West Slavs". As polish person I can say it's really well written!!

For my fellow Appalachian baddies, Jake Richard's Backwoods Witchcraft and Doctoring the Devil are really good places to begin! Rebecca Bayer's Mountain Magic is also fantastic!

Do any of these have a good explanation of tether, conduits correspondence? I'm finding it hard to nail my understanding 😁

I just keep buying stuff😂 I don't know what the heck I got anymore. I bet you a kick over this pile of books at least two of what you're showing me will fall on me lol. Why because in reality nobody's ever done perfecting their craft. seeking out new different knowledge of books and such to me is normal😁🥰

I’m a new witch and was wondering if you could recommend some good book stores and metaphysical shops in the twin cities area? I live in Mankato and we have a couple but I’m wanting to do some exploring in the cities.

I got this from the library today. I think it’s technically a children’s nonfiction book, but it was a very nice digestible form of very basic history that didn’t put me to sleep or make me feel like I was suffering a Harvard level course lol. Excellent for a new witch!

This is a good list. It’s a great intro to what modern neonatal style witchcraft is. After this then you can branch out into more specific paths.
