I’m so happy for yall!! My wife and I just went thru the same thing. She left me in October and filed for divorce. During the process of each of our lawyers haggling over who gets what, we started conversing again and decided that after 33 years together, there wasn’t nothing we couldn’t fix…..together. She came back home in January. We renewed our vows to each other, called our lawyers, and canceled the divorce. We have both found a new love for one another and are at peace. Relationships aren’t easy. It takes commitment and work from both parties. After we both accepted accountability for our own part in the failure, we both started putting in the effort and work. Just remember these two rules: There is no way two people can “out serve” one another. So always be willing to serve the other with an open and gracious heart. And “If you wouldn’t want it done to you, then don’t do it to them.” God bless yall!!❤️👍

I asked god last night for some kind of sign that if I just kept working on improving myself and finding stability, that my divorce might turn around, and today you post this. Since our separation back on April 1 this year I have been following you and listening to your advice and I completely understand what I need to do now and I have been working on myself and letting God take control of my life. It has been so hard not to be able to talk with my wife but I know that I have hurt her emotionally and I know that I have built a wall around her heart and I know that I have to slowly work on taking that wall down I’m so happy for yall and may God bless your marriage.
