As someone who works in the ER, you should def be soaking those chia seeds first 😁 If they don’t get a chance to absorb liquid before they’re consumed, they’ll absorb the liquid in your bowel and that can be really bad. With the small amount, you’re prob fine, but just leave some sitting in water in the fridge that are ready to go!
