@thankfulhomemaking: Fudge pop season is here and my kids are absolutely obsessed. 🍫🧊 Rich, creamy, deeply chocolatey and made with real ingredients. These are the kind of frozen treats that make summer feel extra sweet. No artificial anything, no mystery ingredients, just pure homemade fudgy goodness on a stick that your kids are going to come running for every single day. 😍 The store bought box simply cannot compete with these and once your family tries them you are going to wonder why you ever settled for anything else. 🙌🏼💛 Fudge Pops Makes: 8-10 | Total Time: 6 hours Ingredients * 1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips * ½ cup whole milk * ½ cup heavy cream * 2 tsp vanilla extract * 1½ cups vanilla yogurt * 3 Tbsp cocoa powder Directions 1. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips, stirring constantly until completely smooth. 2. Remove the chocolate from heat, then add the warm milk very gradually — just a tablespoon at a time at first, whisking constantly. Add all the milk and stir constantly and bring to a gentle simmer, then remove from heat. 3. Let cool for 5 minutes. Add the vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and yogurt, then whisk everything together until completely smooth. 4. Pour the mixture directly into your popsicle molds. 5. Put in freezer for 1 hour, then insert popsicle sticks. Freeze for at least 5 more hours until completely hard. #kidtreats #madefromscratch #summerfavorites #mindfulmothering #homemaderecipes

I made them and thought they were pretty good…great consistency but I think the cocoa powder made mine taste bitter. I used plain yogurt+honey though not vanilla yogurt. I’ll try again w/o the cocoa powder!

It’s a great idea, but be aware that most chocolate companies are making lab grown chocolate now, including the high-end brands
