Bruh Data Centers are f*ed. Most of them use too much water, electricity, polute or a genuine problem for the people living nearby. Meanwhile Nebius and few other stay clean with green energy, tactical locations and even use excess heat to warm the homes of people. Governments give them extra support. They got way less competition.

Hardware revenue is going up. I’m not so sure real AI revenue can support the type of build out that’s occurring right now. If you believe that AI company CEOs, then maybe it’ll happen. But those people have an outrageous invested interest to be optimistic in their opinions.
