These were INSANE. You gotta try ‘em. Recipe as always ⬇️ INGREDIENTS • 2 sticks (227g) just softened butter • 1 cup (210g) brown sugar • 1 cup (200g) white sugar • 2 eggs (~100g) • 2 tsp (10g, or a little more!) vanilla extract • 3 cups (~360g) AP flour • 1 tsp (6g) baking soda • 1 tsp (3g) cornstarch • Dash of baking powder (1-2g) • 1 tsp (6g) salt • Chocolate chips/chunks (you can use either white, semi-sweet or both!) • @hersheys cookies and cream chocolate bar • Oreos (for topping) Method 1. Cream your softened butter with your sugars until a light, sand consistency. Add the eggs and vanilla, mixing until smooth. 2. Mix the flour, baking soda, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Mix until just combined. 3. Fold in as many chocolate chips/chunks as you’d like! Then add cookies and cream chunks. Video coming soon so you can see how many I add. Make sure to save some for topping at the end. 4. Scoop enough dough to form mini mountains (Around 170g) - check my page for reference! 5. Cover the dough and place in the freezer for 30 minutes. Do not skip this step! 6. Preheat your oven to 375°F Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Let them cool before eating. Tip: You can add toppings after the cookies come out and they’ll melt into the cookie.
