Can you sleep with hair fibers overnight? Hi loves! This is a question that many of you have asked me since I showed you all how I apply hair fibers to camouflage my alopecia spots. Now since I had a busy workday and I had to travel for work I thought it was a good opportunity to do this for you all. Most nights I don’t sleep with fibers on my scalp because I like to sleep on a silk pillow without any covering on my head, but I wanted to test this out for you all to see if it transfers. And the silk pillowcase I travel with is by @Slip Silk Pillowcase I used @Toppik hair fiber in dark brown with the @Hairillusionllc water resistant holding hairspray, and as you can see we had minimal transfer (in my opinion) onto the pillow. Now, I think if you are planning to sleep with wearing fibers, that you should wear a bonnet or covering on your head. If not you would need to change your pillow to not sleep on the transfer of the product that may happen. Personally for me, I prefer to remove it daily or only sleep in fibers for one night, but I know for some people wearing fibers for a few days works best for their lifestyle/schedule.
