Your blades came off cause you didn’t torque them down. That impact driver doesn’t tighten the blade bolt enough. Put that block back in there and tighten that up. I have a torque wrench for this exact reason.

Only reason the blades have come undone is because you got a screw in the bolt with your hands first not the impact so the blades are lined up correctly

hey so pro tip, since you said blades came undone a few times please tighten the nuts more with that impact. hold and let the impact do the job for like 5 seconds ( from a lawn guy who's had it happen alot)

Bro hand screw your bolt before you use the impact so you don’t strip the threads! Trust bro it sucks have to replace a whole spindle
